Bulgaria is the 29th country to join an international climate change initiative called Methane to Markets (M2M) the Environmental Protections Agency (EPA) reports. The M2M was launched in November of 2004 committing the U.S, and 13 other countries to capture methane emissions in agriculture, coal-mines, oil- and gas system, and landfills.
